General conditions of use of the site and services proposed

gives their unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use
(hereinafter “the TOS”), which constitute a contract between th Company and the

Description of services provided
The purpose of the Site is primarily to present the products and services that
it offers as part of its activity. The Company shall endeavour to provide as
accurate information as possible on the Site. However, it shall not be liable

result of third parties providing such information. All information available

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.

putting in question the validity of other provisions that will continue to

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These TOS and the relationship between the Company and the User are subject to
UAE law. The UAE courts have jurisdiction to decide on any disputes that may
arise between the parties in respect of the execution thereof.
